Oct. 18th became Meese’s night of the year…or of the last 9 months (including renovation time of Meese). We were nominated by a fantastic customer of ours for the Young Entrepreneur award of St. Albert, and that set the “cleft Meese hooves” in motion. On the big night, sitting and sweating patiently, our name was called and we couldn’t be more ecstatic (we must be doing something right). Pheww! Another fantastic Fashion Week has come and gone. We sure had a great time backstage… with our SESSA alumni models. Thank you to everybody who could attend, we hope you enjoyed the show, the models and the music. We are super excited to have received our 1st shippment of Quebec label Majolie. She hand weaves her pieces on an antique loom and voila, painstaking labour is transformed into beautiful sweaters. And Majolie creates for Men and Women. Here is Jyll in the Bellissima!

We our now in our third month at Meese and the Summer weather is starting to roll in. The sewing machines are buzzing in the studio keeping the store stocked with new pieces, and our dresses are in full swing. Summer Solstice is being anticipated and the 23rd shall be a grand event.
